About Us

Emily Niehaus, MS, PHR, is the Owner and Lead HR Consultant at SBHR. She specializes in advising small businesses with 1-50 employees on their leadership skills, employee management, job descriptions, independent contractors, and employee handbooks. Emily has a decade of experience working with leaders from various industries to manage all aspects of employment matters. As a Business and Management Consultant, Emily has her Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and PHR from HRCI. With a passion for helping others, Emily participates as a Volunteer Faculty at the Life Learning Center and sits as a Board Member with the Tristate Trauma Network in Florence, KY.
